Country Hospitality Services was formed in 2001 by Esther and Garry Mason after themselves spending many successful years in the hospitality industry. In 2003 Country Hospitality Services became a Registered Training Organisation and began to deliver hospitality training in Northern NSW from Taree to Tweed Heads and inland to Moree.
Seventeen years after becoming an RTO, Country Hospitality Services or CHS Training as it is known now, continues to be a leading provider of hospitality training including RSA, RCG, Barista, Food Safety Supervisor and now also delivers accredited training in Individual Support (Aged Care/Home and Community), Traffic Control, Construction, First Aid and White Card. This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
Workers may be required to demonstrate leadership and have limited responsibility for the organisation and the quantity and quality of outputs of others within limited parameters.
