Provide First Aid

Provide First Aid HLTAID011 is a comprehensive course that will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to help an ill or injured person until emergency help arrives. You will learn the DRSABCD action plan as well as resuscitation, defibrillation, asthma, anaphylaxis and the management of various injuries and illnesses.

First Aid is the initial assistance or care of a suddenly sick or injured person. It is the care a person applies as soon as possible after an accident or sudden illness. Applying first aid aims to preserve life, protect the casualty from further harm, provide pain relief, prevent the illness/injury from getting worse and provide reassurance to the person.

Country Hospitality Services was formed in 2001 by Esther and Garry Mason after themselves spending many successful years in the hospitality industry. In 2003 Country Hospitality Services became a Registered Training Organisation and began to deliver hospitality training in Northern NSW from Taree to Tweed Heads and inland to Moree.

Seventeen years after becoming an RTO, Country Hospitality Services or CHS Training as it is known now, continues to be a leading provider of hospitality training including RSA, RCG, Barista, Food Safety Supervisor and now also delivers accredited training in Individual Support (Aged Care/Home and Community), Traffic Control, Construction, First Aid and White Card.
