These individuals support senior management and provide leadership to retail teams. They plan and evaluate the work of self and others, operating with autonomy and responsibility for personal outputs.

Flexible Training Solutions (FTS) is a nationally registered, ISO 9001 quality-assured RTO, established in 1999. We provide mostly work-based training to a wide range of companies, from some of the largest in Australia, to some of the smallest.
