Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the human resources sector who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.
This course provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge required to be a valued leader in the ever changing and growing field of Human Resource Management. During this course you will be trained in managing human resource services, workforce planning, recruitment and selection and industrial relations.
Lessons are delivered face-to-face with a self -study online component, and include a range of methods, practical tasks and activities. Assessments are conducted via observation, demonstration, case study, practical tasks, projects and a portfolio.
