Diploma of Human Resources Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the human resources sector who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies): BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes; BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations; BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding; and BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes. Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent. or
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
The RTO also requires the following criteria to be met.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement
Must demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of 5.5 or a PTE score of 42.
Prospective students may be asked to undertake an LLN assessment or enrolment interview prior to acceptance.
Applicants should have basic computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
