Learn how to manage workforce planning, develop employee and industrial relations policies, manage conflict resolution negotiations, and plan, manage and evaluate the delivery of human resource services. You'll also discover how to develop and implement performance management processes, encourage effective employee performance, and manage the recruitment, selection and induction of staff.
