This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to install and manage small-scale networks, either as an independent network support technician or as part of a team. This course is appropriate for those:

  • Persons either domestic or international who want a foundation in information and communication technologies (ICT), particularly networking skills and knowledge to be network support personnel.
  • ersons who have been made redundant from the workforce and are wishing to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing skillset.
