Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)With this qualification you will be able perform the role of skilled operators who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with sound knowledge of industry operations. You will be able to operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. You may have supervisory responsibilities including the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the work of team members.
