Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants. With this qualification you will be qualified to be a frontline retail team member such as a frontline sales assistants, customer services representatives and retail supervisor.
