Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Reached at least 17 years of age so you are able to work in the industry serving alcohol at the completion of your course after you turn 18
Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) at a Year 10 high school level
Traineeship
Be employed in the hospitality industry as this course is delivered in the workplace
Have a signed traineeship contract
