This qualification provides a pathway to work in businesses that supply products or services to other businesses such as retail outlets and wholesalers. This course prepares students for a variety of roles including sales counter assistant (wholesaler), business to business sales officer, team leader, sales representative and customer service officer.
On successful completion of this course, students will be issued with a SIR30316 - Certificate III in Business to Business Sales qualification.
