Develop the skills to manage people and resources to ensure the safe delivery of buildings. In the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours), you will develop the theoretical knowledge and technical skills to work effectively as a construction management professional. Throughout your learning, you will critically evaluate and apply construction management concepts and methodologies, extending your knowledge in key areas such as building design, building services, construction methods and processes, procurement and supply chains, sustainability, economics and resource management.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admissions
You must have successfully completed the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) (or equivalent qualification).
Prerequisites
Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) units 3 and 4:
- a study score of at least 25 in English other than EAL; or
- a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL)
or equivalent studies.
AND
Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) units 3 and 4:
- a study score of at least 20 in any Mathematics
You will be assigned a selection rank (comparable to an ATAR) based on your highest completed qualification:
- Advanced Diploma: 81
- Diploma: 72
- Certificate IV: 54
