Site Supervisor

A Site Supervisor oversees daily operations on a building or construction site. You’ll ensure a project is progressing on time and to a high quality standard. Site Supervisors ensure safety requirements and building standards are met and make sure building plans are interpreted correctly. You’ll organise labour and equipment and make sure materials are available when required.

Site Supervisors should have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate well with workers and other building industry professionals such as architects or surveyors. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. Site Supervisors may spend large amounts of time outdoors and should be physically capable of a range of building tasks.
