Travel Team Leader

A Travel Team Leader supervises a team of staff working at a travel agency or for a tourism organisation. You might help clients to plan their holiday by providing information on travel destinations, transport options and accommodation. Travel Team Leaders might source available deals, plan itineraries and make bookings on behalf of their clients.

Travel Team Leaders must have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service. It’s important you have good leadership skills and are passionate about travel. Travel Team Leaders need to be organised and able to manage their time well. You’ll need to be able to manage the needs of multiple clients in this role.
