Property Lawyer

A Property Lawyer represents a client during legal matters relating to property. You might offer legal advice and work with clients during the sale of a property. Property Lawyers prepare contracts of sale and manage conveyancing issues. You may also be involved in matters such as subdividing properties or transferring property titles.

Property Lawyers must be able to follow correct procedures and have keen attention to detail. It’s important you have strong analytical abilities and can manage your time well. Property Lawyers should be good communicators and be able to work with clients from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to be able to work as part of a team in this role.
