TIV’s CPC40320 – Certificate IV in Building Project Support [Estimating Stream Electives] is designed to cater to the needs of estimators, schedulers, and contract administrators in the building and construction industry.
This course equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to proficiently handle tasks such as preparing estimates, processing subcontractor claims, and drafting head and subcontracts for building and construction projects.
TIV’s CPC40320 qualification supersedes and is equivalent to CPC40308 – Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating).

Course Duration
- 2 online classes per week (6:00 pm – 9:00 pm) options to select either Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu
- 3 Compulsory face to face Saturday practical site classes over the duration of the course
- Site class duration is 4 hours.
44 weeks to complete the course plus up to 12 weeks of additional student support if required.

- 3 face to face classes per week (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- The total timetabled sessions including holiday and study breaks is 64 weeks.
- Plus 1 additional week of student support if required.

TIV’s CPC50220 – Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is crafted to meet the requirements set by the Victorian Building Authority for registration as both Domestic Builder (Unlimited) and Commercial Builder (Limited Low Rise).
