Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course will give participants the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent food borne illnesses within a hospitality work environment.
This unit is needed to work in an organisation with permanent or temporary kitchen premises or in food preparation areas.
To successfully gain a Statement of Attainment for SITXFSA005 Use hygenic practices for food safety, students MUST attend all sessions.
