Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Hygiene Practices training course provides you with knowledge of hygiene and food safety and is a pre-requisite for a wide variety of courses.
Hygiene can have a direct effect on the health and well-being of customers and people you work with.
This training course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices, prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses and to identify and control food hazards.
