Food Safety Supervision Skill Set
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This skill set is for food handling personnel or food safety supervisors working in tourism, hospitality and catering organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises, and smaller food preparation or bar areas.
A set of skills to equip individuals in hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food. Achievement of this unit provides credit towards a range of qualifications in the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package.

About Kingsford International Institute
Kingsford International Institute (KII) is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operating under the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework. This is a regulated framework which is administered by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Our registration details can be located on the National Register for VET.
