Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)If you are looking to run your own agency, you will need to become a Class 1 Licence holder and become a Licensee in Charge. In order to meet the education requirements to apply for your Class 1 Licence in NSW, you are required to undertake the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
The qualifications reflect the role of a Licensee-In-Charge/Principals who applies knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions. This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Be a holder of the qualification CPP41419 - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, and
- Hold a Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence, and
- Be currently employed in a real estate office in NSW.
