The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification conforms with the requirements set by the Government of Victoria Consumer Affairs for qualification requirements for persons wishing to apply for an estate agent’s licence. It is a requirement to hold the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent qualification, and have the required experience before completing the diploma qualification. As part of this course, you will be provided with 12 units of competency from the CPP51122 training package.
In line with the Australian Qualifications Framework you receive 12 months to complete the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification. The course is delivered online and the units of competency are provided to be completed in sequential order. Each unit will become available once the previous units has been completed in full and deemed competent.
