Diploma of Banking Services Management

This qualification is designed to reflect a range of the job roles with team and business result responsibilities in banking or other deposit taking institutions’ customer contact centres or retail and/or commercial financial services environments.

Individuals in these roles have autonomy in performing technical operations, apply solutions to a range of often complex problems, and research, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They apply initiative to plan, coordinate and evaluate their own work and provide guidance to others.

Entry requirements

Domestic Students

  • There are no mandated entry requirements.
  • To study at Danford College, all international students must be at least 18 years of age or above when the course starts.
  • All international students must meet a minimum academic requirement to gain admission to Danford College. Danford College requires the successful completion of studies equivalent to Australian Year 12 education as the minimum level of entry into our courses.
  • International students must provide evidence of English language proficiency to Danford College. Students must have a minimum score of an internationally recognised English test.
