Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course is designed for individuals who apply project management knowledge and skills across various contexts. It focuses on developing competencies in project administration throughout the project lifecycle. Key areas covered include defining project scope, managing time, ensuring quality, and addressing project risks. Participants will acquire critical thinking skills to monitor and report on project progress and issues. Participants will learn to communicate using project management terminology to engage with stakeholders and colleagues.
