Certificate IV in Hospitality
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course (SIT40422) is ideal for people with prior hospitality experience or a certificate III in hospitality and who want to move into a management/ supervisory role.
The elective selection allows specialisation for specific roles such as food and beverage supervisor; venue manager; bar supervisor; hotel manager.
This course offers students further hospitality skills development in the areas of finance, staff recruitment + management, helping support + develop staff, dealing with work + staff issues, conflict management and work health + safety.
