This is a comprehensive and flexible course designed to give employees the necessary broad-based business skills and knowledge to work effectively in an administrative or customer service job role within a business environment. This course is designed for workplace-based trainees who are already employed in a business or administrative role and are seeking to broaden their skills and knowledge and/or have existing vocational competencies recognized formally.
The qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies and are required to use some discretion and judgement, as well as develop their own technical knowledge.
