The Certificate III in Business traineeship includes onsite visits (at the workplace) and classes.
Onsite visits are conducted every quarter and cover customer service, handling complaints, sustainability, risk management, report writing and workplace health and safety.
Classes are practical and cover the critical analysis of workplace issues of wellbeing and diversity. The trainees work as a team and as individuals through a series of simulated workplace situations. Enabling trainees to see their role in conflict situations and exit strategies.
