Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The BSB20120 Certificate II in Business qualification is designed to suit workplace-based trainees who are employed in an entry-level business, administrative or customer service environment. The qualification is developed to give participants entering the business and general related industries the necessary skills to perform the job role of a junior-level team member, typically with responsibility for executing defined tasks under supervision.

Established in 2007, Vocational Training Service is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers a range of nationally recognised qualifications across the Perth Metropolitan, Kimberley, Pilbara, Mid West, South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.
