The BSB20120 Certificate II in Business qualification is designed to suit workplace-based trainees who are employed in an entry-level business, administrative or customer service environment. The qualification is developed to give participants entering the business and general related industries the necessary skills to perform the job role of a junior-level team member, typically with responsibility for executing defined tasks under supervision.
