Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills reflects the role of individuals in a variety of entry-level Business Services job roles as well as individuals who have not yet entered the workforce and are preparing themselves for work by developing essential skills. It helps the individuals in gaining basic office and work skills.
The Certificate II in Workplace skills course aims at helping those with limited workplace experience gain practical skills, in a supportive educational environment. In this course the individuals learn to carry out basic procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.
