Certificate II in Tourism
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)Start your career in tourism with this entry-level course. This course will qualify you to work across a number of strong-growth industries such as tourism, business and events.
You will gain the knowledge to undertake routine tasks in using business technology, providing advice on Australian tourism destinations, providing visitor information, and understanding cultural sensitivity. Successful completion of this course will qualify you to become a receptionist in a travel agency, a museum attendant, or office assistant for a tour operator. It will also give you the foundation knowledge to undertake further studies in either tourism, events, or business.
