Certificate II in Tourism
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification is for students who have a passion for tourism and enjoy meeting and talking with a diverse group of people. Certificate II in Tourism provides students with the ideal pathway to work in multiple tourism industry facilities, travel agencies, restaurants, theme parks, transport companies and much more.
Students will gain the knowledge to undertake routine tasks in using business technology, providing advice on Australian tourism destinations, providing visitor information, and understanding cultural sensitivity.
