Bachelor of Economics

Nationally Recognised Higher Education

Learn how individuals, businesses, and governments make trade-offs when resources are limited. The critical-thinking skills you will gain in this degree will help you analyse and understand the actions and behaviour of individual consumers and businesses, as well as governments and public policy.

Economics is comprised of three main parts: microeconomics (studying consumers, businesses, and markets); macroeconomics (the performance of a country’s economy); and econometrics (analysing economic data). Each part provides valuable problem-solving tools, critical in business and public policy.
