Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management course enhances the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, along with experience in leadership and management, over a wider range of enterprise and industry.
Candidates at this level are expected to use initiative and judgement at this level to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with perfection in accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.
The candidate needs to utilize their cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
This will enable them to transfer their knowledge to others, with creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or overcome complex problems.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of course commencement.
Some prospective students may be asked to undertake an LLN assessment or enrolment interview prior to acceptance.
Must have either completed a Diploma or higher qualification from the BSB Business Services Training Package or have two years full-time equivalent workplace experience in an operational or leadership role
Must demonstrate English level of IELTS 6.0 with no band less that 5.5 or equivalent, such as:
- IBT 60
- PTE Academic 50
- CAE 169
- OET Pass
- Duolingo 100
- General English Advanced
- MOI Certificate
- Certificate III or higher qualification with an Australian institution.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:
- Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or superseded equivalent versions). OR
- Have two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise.
