Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management students will benefit from subjects that develop an understanding of strategic planning, business tactics and decision making, as well as how to shape, foster and control organisational change.
For this qualification, you should have completed the Diploma or have relevant work experience. This qualification is not suited to people who do not have past work background that involves operational management exposure.
