Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of highly skilled senior managers who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with specialised managerial skills and substantial knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate with significant autonomy and are responsible for making strategic business management decisions. This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector and for a diversity of employers including restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops. This qualification allows for multiskilling and for specialisation in accommodation services, cookery, food and beverage and gaming.

In 2010 Apex opened the first campus in Parramatta with the goal of providing our students with a rewarding educational experience that equips them with the skills and resources to meet the demands of the Australian employment market. With this in mind, Apex set up a second campus in the Sydney CBD and further developed courses, facilities and services around the needs of our students and the demands of the Australian employment market.
