RTO Manager

An RTO Manager oversees the daily operations of a registered training organisation. You might coordinate the delivery of educational programs for a range of industries and ensure students can access the training they need. You’ll also consider future educational needs and play a role in strategic planning for the facility. RTO Managers might also be involved with other departments such as human resources, student services, finance and enrolments.

RTO Managers need to be strong leaders and should have excellent communication skills. You’ll liaise with students, staff and administrative teams as well as different academic departments. An RTO Manager needs to be highly organised and should be a good problem solver.
