Process Analyst

A Process Analyst develops systems to improve the efficiency of a business or organisation, particularly in relation to information technology. You might examine current procedures and look at ways to improve performance. Process Analysts may recommend new technology systems or determine potential for automation. You may work for the IT department of a large organisation or as an external consultant.

Process Analysts should have strong technical skills and be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. It’s important you have good analytical abilities and strong attention to detail. Process Analysts must be excellent problem solvers and should be able to work as part of a team.
