Occupational Psychologists are specialist professionals who help business organisations develop and refine their workforce and working culture. They are fully qualified psychologists who have completed at least 5 years of university study and are registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.

As an Occupational Psychologist you could be developing a psychometric test for job candidates, providing coaching and counselling to middle managers, presenting a performance appraisal system to senior management for consideration, analysing training needs in the sales department, or meeting with the Production Manager to discuss the ergonomic design of workstations and how they may be impacting worker performance.
