This two day course is for personnel who have need to both enter a confined space AND issue confined space entry permits.

This one day course meets the minimum requirements for working in a confined space or working as a standby person during confined space entry.��This course is for people who need to enter a confined space where another party will issue the confined space entry permit. This course does not provide competency in the issue of confined space permits. Select the confined space permit issuer course (T855,CSP,1XX1) for this competency.

This course is designed for persons working in EWPs and require training in rescuing an injured worker from the bucket. It can be tailored to suit a particular industry.

Refresher training is recommended on a regular basis. It improves knowledge, experience and builds confidence. This one day refresher course is designed for persons that have completed tower climbing and rescue training within the last three years. 

 Training is based around kit based lowering and lifting systems for harness based rescues.

Participants are trained in descending down to the casualty to perform the cut, and performing the cut remotely from the top.

This three day course is designed for persons intending to work at height on tower structures. When you need to know the height safety theory, PPE pre-use checks, access & egress tecniques, moving & positioning gear and rescue procedures.

This one day course provides successful participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to competently issue a confined space entry permit. It builds on the knowledge and skills acquired during a base level confined space course such as the THS Confined Space Entry Course.

Training in Identify range of first response equipment, hydrant systems. Identify passive products and systems, automatic fire-suppression and electrical life safety equipment, correct use of fire hose reels and fire blankets.

Training is based around access for harness based PPE.

Height Safety Awareness and Working Systems Course.

This one-day course is a prerequisite to all other height safety courses and provides participants with the knowledge of harness-based personal fall protection systems. It is also highly suited to persons who organise or supervise people who access or work at height. No previous training or experience is required for attendance.

Participants are trained in advanced vertical rescue techniques.

Content includes:

• using a Spine board
• hauling systems
• lowering systems
• rescue triangles
• edge management system suitable to work site

For Windfarm employees only.

Rescue techniques using static life rescue lines incorporating descending and ascending devices to move the load. This course combines RV100 and RV110.

Personal competence in ascending and descending a single static life line by the use of ascending and descending devices for the purposes of access. This is not a rescue /recovery certification.

This one day nationally accredited module is designed for the persons who access or work on a managed or supervised site on pre-installed safety systems. This highly practical course introduces the participants to the equipment and systems required for harness based fall protection.

This course is designed to teach basic felling techniques.

This course teaches chainsaw operation, maintenance and small tree felling in three consecutive days. Designed for persons who work or plan to work in the Horticulture and Aboriculture industries. Successful participants will receive two national qualifications in chainsaw operation and tree felling. The national modules are from the Argiculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Forestry -training package.

This course is intended to introduce participants to tree access systems. It is designed for persons who need to climb trees for activities such as tree, flora and fauna inspections, seed collection or habitat installation and arboriculture. This course is suitable for persons with no previous training or experience in height safety activities. This course does not include spike climbing.

This course teaches standard arborist climbing techniques.

This course teaches techniques for retrieving an injured climber from a tree.

This course teaches above arborist pruning techniques from within the tree.

This course teaches techniques for ground based rigging for ground crews.
