Sydney Art School is a visual arts college offering art courses founded on the disciplines of painting, drawing, printmaking and silversmithing. It provides course options for all levels from school age students through to post high school tertiary studies.
Sydney Art School is accredited by the Australian Government to award qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework. It is the only private tertiary college in Australia to offer qualifications in visual arts at Certificate III, IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma levels.
Our family of tutors include some of Australia’s best award winning artists, professional art practitioners and educators. Tutors include winners and finalists in some of Australia's most prestigous art prizes including the Archibald Prize, the Moran Portrait Prize & the Gallipolli Memorial Prize. The tutor’s role is to give “in studio” instruction on techniques combined with personal feedback to help develop your technical and professional skills as an artist.
