Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This fun and practical course is designed to give you the necessary skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food and extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders. This course applies to any hospitality organization that serve espresso coffee beverages and espresso machine operators who operate with some level of independence and under limited supervision.
