Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
The Master of Information Systems is a two-year (200 point) full-time program. Depending on the number of years of work experience and your undergraduate qualification, you may be eligible for credit to the course to reduce it to either an 18 month (150 point) or 12 month (100 point) full-time program.
200 point program
This degree is for students without work experience.
To be considered for entry, applicants must have completed:
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline, with a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
150 point program
Option 1
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline, with a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
- And at least one year documented relevant work experience
Option 2
- A Graduate Certificate in Information Systems
- With a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
100 point program
Option 1
- An undergraduate degree in Information Systems
- With a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
- And two years of documented relevant work experience
Option 2
- A four-year Honours degree in Information Systems
- With a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
Option 3
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline, with a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
- And at least one year of documented relevant work experience
- And an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Information Systems with a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent
