Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThis graduate diploma is designed for individuals who have advanced knowledge in strategic leadership and management practices. Eligibility prerequisites include either an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in a related field of study, and two-three years of relevant full-time work experience.
This course aims to map out evidence of an individual’s understanding of leading strategic transformation and strategic planning processes within organisations, as well as offering electives in financial strategy development, leading ethical practices and modelling innovative thinking and practice and then turning these experiences into a formal qualification.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Pathway
Are you a seasoned professional aiming to elevate your leadership skills to new heights? Through the BSB80320 Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership RPL pathway, your years of practical leadership experience and achievements will be acknowledged and integrated into this advanced program.
Developed to cater to the needs of driven individuals like you, this program focuses on recognising your experiences and achievements on strategic thinking, decision-making prowess, and organisational acumen.
RPL allows you to achieve nationally recognised qualifications by converting your existing skills, knowledge, and experience—gained through previous work or study—into formal competencies. This means you can earn qualifications simply by providing evidence of your relevant expertise.
The process can be completed in as little as a week, though it typically takes between 2 weeks – 3 months, depending on the evidence provided. If you have difficulty gathering evidence or prefer additional support, we can streamline the process through interviews and observations.
