Nationally Recognised Higher EducationDesigned for ambitious managers with entry based on management experience, the Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Leadership is available for study 100% online, providing you with unlimited flexibility to structure your learning around your individual needs and schedule.
Made up of four core business units, students will be enabled to manage people and culture in an increasingly volatile and evolving business environment. Students will develop practical skills that are immediately transferrable back to the workplace, gaining an understanding of people and culture that is underpinned by a strong knowledge of contract law, finance, and strategy.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Leadership has entry options based on tertiary qualifications and relevant management experience.
Enter with; Bachelor degree and two years’ relevant management experience, Diploma or Advanced Diploma and three years’ management experience or no formal tertiary qualification but five years’ relevant management experience.
Successfully completing the Graduate Certificate gives you a formal qualification and the units studied are stackable towards our MBA+ program. If you decide to pursue this higher degree at a later date, your previous study with us will count towards your total credit.
