Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics is a unique transdisciplinary program of study in business analytics. With subjects drawn from the UTS Business School and the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, students are provided a course structure that fits their background and experience. The course is delivered in blended mode, combining contemporary online and face-to-face learning experiences in UTS's leading-edge facilities.
The course is suitable for students from both business and IT backgrounds who seek to upskill and develop the skills required to meet the growth in emerging careers in business analytics.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Admission requirements
The general requirement for admission to postgraduate coursework study at UTS is an Australian bachelor's degree or overseas equivalent.
However, for some courses other qualifications and experience may be considered, including:
- graduate certificates, graduate diplomas, or a TAFE diploma
- substantial work experience, substantiated with letters from employers
English language requirements
An assessable qualification is a qualification undertaken in English from an approved country (full list below). An assessable qualification is:
- senior secondary studies comparable with the New South Wales Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- one full year of Australian or comparable tertiary studies, including RATE Associate Diploma and Advanced Diploma, Associate degree, Bachelor degree, and postgraduate studies
- comparable AQF Diploma and Advanced Diploma
- Australian or comparable non-award studies and tertiary preparation courses, with a full-time equivalence of one year.
IELTS (Academic) / IELTS online: 6.5 overall, writing 6.0
TOEFL (Internet-based/Home Edition): 79-93 overall, writing 21
PTE (Academic): 58-64 with a writing score of 50
C1A/C2P: 176-184 with a writing score of 169
UTS College Academic English Level 5 (AE5): Pass grade
