The Diploma of Project Management has been designed to foster and develop the necessary skills for an emerging project professional.

You will learn the fundamentals of project management such as effectively managing project scope, cost and time, how to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and analysing potential project risks and how to efficiently conduct project procurement.
