Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The Diploma of Practice Management is the quintessential qualification for practice managers, aspiring practice managers and GPs who manage the operation of small to medium size health practices.
The Diploma covers off on key managerial topics such as staff recruitment and induction, budgets, managing team effectiveness, ensuring quality customer service and harbouring a culture of continuous improvement. Key health-related subjects cover off on infection control, medical terminology and managing a health billing system.
The Diploma of Practice Management is AMA Training’s flagship qualification for medical practice owners and managers and is delivered via AMA Training’s unique Assisted Study Program.
