Diploma of Paralegal Services
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)To successfully complete the Diploma of Paralegal Services (BSB50720), you are required to complete 12 units of competency (or 15 units of competency if you are required to complete the 3 entry units).
You are able to enrol and start this course at anytime! There are no designated start/intake days.
It is essential that you have dedicated internet access as well as Microsoft Word to complete your studies (we prefer Microsoft Office programs rather than Google docs or similar due to the creation and use of system templates).
This course is offered as external/distance, online study via our student portal/learning management system. Telephone and email support is provided as required.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who have completed the following units:
- BSBLEG314 Protect information in a legal services environment;
- BSBLEG423 Conduct simple legal research;
- and BSBLEG424 Support the drafting of complex legal documents
OR
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
If you do not meet the entry requirements,
you are able to enrol in the Diploma of Paralegal Services and complete the 3
entry units through us.
Upon competent completion of all entry units, you are able
to undertake the remaining 12 units of the Diploma of Paralegal Services.
