Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)To successfully complete the Diploma of Paralegal Services (BSB50720), you are required to complete 12 units of competency. It is essential that you have dedicated internet access as well as Microsoft Word (or similar word processing software) to complete your studies. This course is offered as external/distance, on-line study via our student portal / learning management system.

- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Entry to this qualification is limited to those who have completed the following units:
- BSBLEG314 Protect information in a legal services environment;
- BSBLEG423 Conduct simple legal research;
- and BSBLEG424 Support the drafting of complex legal documents
OR
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience
