Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification will equip you with the skills to provide paralegal services in a law firm.
Through a blend of theory and practical coursework, you will learn how to support clients and lawyers across various areas of law, including: contract, tort, family, property, wills, and probate matters.
You will gain skills in research, taking instructions, applying legal principles, identify and interpreting compliance requirements and developing and supporting working relationships.

Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies):
- BSBLEG314 Protect information in a legal services environment
- BSBLEG423 Conduct simple legal research
- BSBLEG424 Support the drafting of complex legal documents
or Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
