Diploma of Event Management
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)The course is designed to enhance customer service experiences, develop and manage quality customer service practices, prepare and monitor budgets, identify and manage legal risks and comply with law, manage event production components, manage on-site event operations. This course will qualify you to work as a conference or venue coordinator, or an event or exhibition planner, event coordinator, meeting coordinator. You will develop fundamental planning, communication and organisational skills, and acquire a detailed understanding of the event management process. Diploma of Events Management encourages you to apply a broad range of knowledge and skills required to become a skilled manager in the hospitality industry. These individuals operate independently and with significant autonomy, have responsibility for others and make operational and strategic business decisions. If you are willing to improve your creativity in planning events, providing services to customers, start your own business, then this course will satisfy your needs.
