Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This qualification reflects the role of community services workers involved in the delivery, management and coordination of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.
Workers support people to make change in their lives to improve personal and social wellbeing and may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers. They may also undertake case management and program coordination.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
- Completion of Australian Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum overall score of IELTS 6.0, with no band lower than 5.5.
- Any AQF qualification at Certificate III level or higher, delivered and assessed in English, will be accepted as meeting both academic and language proficiency requirements.
